I’m passionate about the power of coaching.
Since 2000, I’ve had the pleasure and privilege of mentoring many talented, passionate coaches in finding their voice as a coach, growing their unique expression of coaching, and building a coaching business or internal service they love.
I believe coaching is an important link in the accelerated learning, creativity, and human relating required in the world today. I’m committed to fostering excellence in coaching, starting with my own work, and extending out to other coaches and the profession.
A few things I bring as a mentor coach:
• I’ve been coaching full time since 1994
• Master Certified Coach since 2003
• Professional Mentor coach since 2007
• Coach U Faculty member since 2000, and have trained hundreds of coaches in the past fifteen years
• Associate Faculty member, Royal Roads University, Executive Coaching Program since 2008. Co-architect of the Professional Mentor Coach advanced course. Member of mentor coaching team.
• Background as a career transition specialist
• And, I’ve been joyfully, and profitably self-employed for over twenty years.
In my personal life, I’m married to a wonderful man, am a step-mom and grand-mom, and love living in beautiful Vancouver, Canada.
